Kirk Hulett Kirk Hulett, the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Practice Management, Securities America Financial Corporation. Kirk is leader and consultant for Securities America's Practice Management Group, which provides consultation to investment professionals on how to improve the efficiency and profitability of their practice. He consults with investment professionals on issues related to strategic planning, staff compensation and leadership development. Kirk is actively involved in the financial industry community and has been a featured speaker at the 2000 and 2002 FPA Success Forum and the 2006 FPA Business Solutions conference. Kirk is a regular contributor to practicelifecycle.com and FPA Practice Management Solutions magazine. He earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he is currently an adjunct instructor for the College of Business. He graduated with honors from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. |

Paul Lofties Lofties, Paul R., CFP®, ChFC®, First Vice President of Wealth Management. Paul helps successful advisors become extraordinarily successful by providing wealth management training and access to valued strategic resources, including many successful programs currently in place at Securities America. Also, he brings a comprehensive background in financial services to Securities America. Paul began his career as a field representative of Provident Mutual and soon became a member of their regional management team. After leaving Provident Mutual he was a member of the Advanced Financial Solutions Group, a financial services firm specializing in corporate benefit planning and fee based investment services. Paul served as an advisor there until joining Securities America in 2003. Paul resides in Omaha with his wife Joann. |

Chris Kirby Chris Kirby is a business consultant for Securities America's Practice Management Group. Chris presents at regional and national conferences, facilitates Securities America’s expert study groups, and develops and delivers content through Securities America’s web-coaching programs. In addition, his consulting enables investment professionals to manage a more efficient, profitable, and satisfying practice. Chris’s dynamic experience working with many different advisors on a multitude of issues gives him a rich knowledge base and allows him to provide relevant and beneficial coaching. For the past three years, Chris has organized Securities America’s “Assistant University” – an annual two-day educational conference for financial office support staff. Chris holds the Series 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses, and he is enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. |

Dawn Dodd As education specialist for the Wealth Management Department, Dawn develops content for education modules, investigates and promotes advanced training opportunities and works with advisors in Wealth Management’s coaching and graduate groups. A graduate of Gordon College in Wenham, Mass., with a degree in business administration concentrated in international business, Dawn worked her way from receptionist at a financial services office to chief operations manager for another practice that grew from $46 million to $100 million in assets under management, opened a second office and purchased two books of business – all within four years. She has an extensive background in the securities field. Dawn holds the Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 licenses. |

Zach Parker Zach joined Securities America in January 2006 and is currently the service provider for several resources of the Wealth Management Department. Zach has also been involved in the development of practical income distribution solution tools for Securities America’s advisors, and provides comprehensive planning support. He has worked to enhance the Income for Life™ Illustration system and has been involved in the development of many of the NextPhase™ Income Distribution Solutions including the “Capturing the Income Distribution Opportunity” whitepaper and the “ROI* Profile.” He began his career as a field representative of National Life of Vermont and Equity Services, Inc. Throughout his five years in the field he focused on education and obtained his CFP® designation. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. |

Professor Chris Hall Chris Hall (a.k.a. “The Professor”) is the Senior Multimedia Training Specialist for Securities America. Chris began his career at Garst Seed Company providing video production for corporate conferences, commercials, and training. Chris then went to Apple, Inc. to provide training to schools and businesses on graphic, video, and web design applications. The Professor has over ten years experience as a multimedia designer. Since joining Securities America, Chris has developed videos for employee training, the Securities America National Conference, and Anti-Money Laundering. Chris is the producer of the Advisorpod podcasts and the developer for the Advisorpod.com website. |
